
BIO
Graduated in Theatre from the Lisbon Theatre and Film School in 1998 and has since built a solid career in cinema, theatre, and television. On screen, she appeared in Uma Vida à Espera by Sérgio Graciano, Mariphasa by Sandro Aguilar, Serpentário by Carlos Conceição, and Restos do Vento by Tiago Guedes. In 2023 she was part of Ubu by Paulo Abreu and Diálogos depois do Fim by Tiago Guedes, both presented at LEFFEST, and starred in Primeira Pessoa no Plural by Sandro Aguilar, which was selected for the main competition at the Rotterdam International Film Festival.
On stage, she has collaborated with directors such as Tiago Rodrigues, Marco Martins, Nuno Cardoso, Tonan Quito, Miguel Loureiro, Mathilde Monnier, and Christiane Jatahy. With Catarina e a Beleza de Matar Fascistas, she toured nationally and internationally, earning the French Critics’ Prize and the Ubu Prize in Italy. She also performed in Hamlet at Théâtre de l’Odéon in Paris and in Black Lights, both widely acclaimed in France. She has been awarded a Golden Globe for Best Theatre Actress and the SPA Award for Best Actress.
