With a consolidated career in theatre, cinema and television, Rita Loureiro has performed on stage at Teatro da Cornucópia and Teatro Nacional D. Maria II, in works by Chekhov, Fassbinder, Goethe, Lorca, Pirandello and Ibsen, under the direction of Luís Miguel Cintra, Christine Laurent, António Pires, Carlos Avilez and Albano Jerónimo. In film, she appeared in Noites Claras by Paulo Filipe, Cândido by Jorge Paixão da Costa, Al Berto by Vicente Alves do Ó, Cisne by Teresa Villaverde, Vai e Vem by João César Monteiro, O Delfim by Fernando Lopes, Quaresma by José Álvaro Morais and Goodnight Irene by Paolo Marinou-Blanco, among others. On television, her credits include Fazenda (TVI), Senhora do Mar (SIC), Sempre – Canção de Embalar (RTP), Emília (RTP), Contado por Mulheres (RTP), Terra Brava (SIC), Até que a Vida nos Separe (RTP/Netflix), Amor Maior (SIC), Poderosas (SIC), Mar Salgado (SIC), Destinos Cruzados (TVI), Remédio Santo (TVI), Conta-me Como Foi (RTP), Morangos com Açúcar (TVI) and Rua Sésamo (RTP). She has also participated in streaming projects, dubbing and televised theatre.
